Sometimes it’s nice to see how far I’ve come!
So there you have it!
Today is exactly one year since I started 21-Day Vegan Kickstart and as a result became vegan! And after reading books like The Skinny Bitch, The Kind Diet, Veganomicon and watching documentaries like Forks over Knifes, Hungry for Change, Vegucated , Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, Food Inc, Food Matters and etc , I try to eat smarter! ( Not everything vegan or organic is good for you , you need to be smart about your fuel!)
And results, you can see it! I’ve lost 55.2lb without any regular exercising ( which is not saying that i don’t need to, i believe if i would add exercise that number would be bigger! )
And tumblr was a big support! I follow a lot of vegan blogs, thinsporation blogs and just people going through same problems trying to lose weight, or people who have lost weight and helping others! Thank you!
Its amazing what 1 year can do!
My parents are going to be in the states tomorrow, they haven’t seen me for over a year! They did see me on skype ,but it is different! I’ve lost 54lb so far and even though they have seen me skinnier before , it is a big deal!
I really hope they will be understanding to my new eating habits (aka being vegan). I already know they don’t really agree with it.
50 lb !
Finally hit the half way!
I lost 50 lb!
This morning the scale finally got to 182.6 !
My before and during again =)
Old once: At 232lb ( left photo) and 202lb(right photo).
And the new once : 184lb

Why was I even in the pictures looking like that!
What to do ?
Feeling fat …
And disappointed …
Haven’t lost any weight in two weeks …
I know plateau is normal , especially considering that I’m not working out regularly, which I totally should.
What is a good way to move beyond it ???
